The breakfast service in the room was perfect! The location was also ideal if you arrive from the train station, cause it only takes like 7 minutes.

Also on driving distance from Sienna or San Gimignano. Absolutely recommended.

The host's communication was excellent and he was flexible with check in and check out times. We received a warm welcome at our arrival and helpful information about the area near us. The room was beautiful and clean in a unique setting with a cute courtyard. Generous amenities with complimentary water, yogurt, fruit, coffee and tea.

When booked for your stay, you will enjoy an extensive American buffet breakfast. Check-in process was very easy. Instructions and information on facilities available were very clear. Even though our room was on the 1st floor and therefore very close to the street, noise levels from the traffic below was barely noticeable even though some reviews said it might be noisy.

Buffet breakfast is available every morning, complete with cold cuts, cheese, fresh fruit, pastries and much more. I'Qortile Pizzeria & Cocktail Bar serves drinks, snacks and gourmet pizza on a patio.

Free WiFi access is available. Everything! Is perfectly located, the staff is amazing. Everything is perfect and cured in all the details and sooo pet friendly: always give us a couple of bowls and a pillow for my bbf Sophie.

And since we arrived we didn't regret it. From the welcoming to the farewell the staff were super friendly and attentive. The breakfast is super tasty and the homemade pasta to die for. we will be back for sure later this year.
