The building itself and the room were extremly clean. Our room was huge and comfortable. Everything was new and the security and light system were smart (touchscreens for everything). The view from our room was amazing, we could see the mountains. The position is quite good as it is located it the historical center of the city and in the main street. Shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance from the hotel. Even though it is located in a crowded area, the room was extremly quite and we did not hear anything from outside.

Great gym and spa. We had a half-board and can only say food was amazing. Service was good. We loved that each room has their own ski locker in the sport's room. Pets allowed and very welcomed. Big rooms. The garage was immaculate. Will definitely come back!

Breakfast is a buffet with Vienna sausages, cheese and handmade jams, together with yoghurt and boiled eggs. The on-site restaurant offers Mediterranean, international and local dishes. Very beautiful outside pool and pond, clean and big enough room with a balcony to be on. Very cool spa area with a snow room and saunas which were clean and beautiful. Exceptional service in the restaurant - we booked halfboard and announced one of us was vegan. The four course dinner was given in a vegan version which tasted great. In the morning we got two vegan croissants already at the table & both times you could feel everybody taking food restrictions absolutely serious. That was more than amazing! Thanks a lot for this great time at your hotel!

The large and exclusive spa boasts a sauna, fitness corner, indoor pool and Turkish bath. Massages are available on request. Everything we needed was there. We were travelling with our dog. Location is super! Clean rooms, very nice spa area and friendly staff! Will stay definitely again...

Fantastic Location, Hotel is Brand new and spacious rooms with a large terrace with mountain view and food was delicious and a breakfast with a large variety, staff is very friendly. 2nd floor has direct access to the parking adjacent to road and easy to load and unload luggages. We will be back in another season.

Ski buss station 100m from Hotel. We had a Breakfast Option only but Food was excellent I hope we are going to use the same Hotel at next Visit
