Noel even helped us the day after we stayed at his place because we had trouble finding a reliable cab. We were so thankful that he arranged it and helped us the whole time we were in Kerala. We would definitely stay here again!

The staff were lovely and helped us with everything we needed. We had a great trip to the waterfall with their driver. Great central location. We loved the afternoon tea and snacks by the poolside everyday. The food in the restaurant was really delicious and great value for money.

The city itself and all of the viewpoints are just a tuk tuk or car ride away, but you get the peace and relaxation of being in the mountains. We loved sitting out on the balcony and hearing the birds. And the room and bathroom were both spacious, clean, and comfortable. Our stay was also really positively impacted by the family feel of the place. They treated us like their own relatives- making sure we had a ride to an early morning hike, providing coffee and tea, an excellent breakfast, water, etc. We were very well taken care of and appreciated how kind everyone in the family is. We would highly recommend you stay here to get the most out of your Munnar experience.

The room was exactly as photographed, and had a beautiful view of the mountains. We were even able to have hot water, and delicious homemade meals. Tomas was also great about helping book things- even dropped us off for the bus in the early morning!
