To begin with this hotel is just a few months old. The interiors are plush and very luxurious. The staff was very courteous and Friendly especially the Front office Manager Mr. Shailendra Singh . We had booked 4 rooms and all of us had a Mini Bar full of soft drinks and beer absolutely free for ourselves. This was in addition to the chocolates and Chips packets kept on the house. The Breakfast was superb and the Sous Chef Miss Patel was personally interacting with the guests. There was also a EV Rickshaw to take us to the beach which is complimentary. The swimming pool was awesome and so was the massage spa.

My partner and I stayed here for 6 nights and absolutely loved it. The staff were all extremely helpful and made us feel truely pampered throughout our stay. A special thank you to Vikram in the JW Kitchen who made our stay extra special and one not to forget - he really went above and beyond! The hotel had a great variety of different food (all very delicious) and we also loved the gorgeous pool and generously sized gym. Overall this hotel exceeded all our expectations. We will definitely be back if every visiting Goa again, and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an exceptional hotel experience.

The staff were extremely friendly and polite, and the service was excellent. It's a place for a perfect retreat, and the stay felt very peaceful as it didn't feel like a hotel. The multiple dining options include the all-day diner, Vivo, a traditional Goan restaurant, Spice Studio, day lounge and bar by the infinity pool, The Edge and the evening cocktail bar, Courtyard Bar.... Very clean and beautiful hotel. Hotel staff extremely friendly and truly cares about their guests, was more than expected. Will definitely visit again
