Friendly staff, great food very relaxing and beautiful scenery at breakfast
Such a warm welcoming hotel. The perfect place to sit and relax after a cold hike! Lovely communal spaces, filled with friendly people.
Breakfast was good. The staff were excellent. I love the open fire and enjoy relaxing with a good book and reading. Superb views.
The sea views were beautiful. We enjoyed the lovely treacle bread at dinner and breakfast! There was some pleasant musical entertainment in the hotel one of the 2 nights we stayed. The food was good. The room was spacious and had a small balcony overlooking Killary fjord. Fabulous scenery nearby and lots to discover. Only a couple mins drive to catch the boat trip around the fjord. Friendly reception and bar staff. The bar was cosy in the evenings with the fire lit.
Nice, spacious room, big, comfortable bed, hot shower. We have had a dinner at the restaurant below, it was ok, nothing exceptional, just good food.Breakfast next morning was ok, with choice of full Irish breakfast or pancakes..
The hotel is in an excellent location the breakfast rooms and lounge is spacious beautifully finished and comfortable. Breakfast was a buffet something for everyone all excellent quality can also have eggs. The owners are super friendly and helpful I immediately felt at home.
The property was beautiful and we truly relaxed and enjoyed the space so much.
Good breakfast, plenty of variety . Excellent location overlooking the bay and plenty of fairly spacious grounds with a path to the ( rocky ) beach.
the amazing rooms (we booked the king room with sea view) the fabulous views and access to the most beautiful beach with white sand and turquoise water. The staffs were very friendly, they even call you ahead of your trip to help you book all you need. We also booked a massage each - this was such a relaxing and delightful experience thanks to their great masseuse. The dinner and breakfast were exquisite with great menu selection and very tasteful dishes.
Lovely hotel very friendly staff and a stones throw away you can hear the waves crashing on the sea shore. Generous sized rooms . Food was lovely and a great breakfast to start the day. Lovely spa and pool wasn't brave enough to use the hotub in early January but definitely will visit again. All covid regulations followed. thanks everyone for a lovely relaxing stay
