The food at Neano is nice, lot's of variety. The staff is the highlight of the property, they are extremely nice and go above and beyond to meet your wishes and expectations. We were celebrating my partner's birthday and they made it a memorable stay. They also gave us a ton of recommendations if we wanted to step out of the property. We stayed in the presidential villa and it was beautiful. There is a hot tub outside with a great view, which was the highlight of the room! The property also has a fully equipped cross-fit gym, which is great!

Everything here was perfect, in fact it became one of the highlights of our Bali trip. The staff is amazingly friendly and young, the facilities, the room, and the food as well as its presentation is great. We stayed in a pool access suite, which was very spacious, and came along with afternoon tea, where they serve authentic Balinese Cakes. We liked the food so much that we ended up ordering in the room a few times. They also provide drop service to the city center which was very helpful! Would definitely recommend this for any romantic or family vacation.

Best staff ever! Always happy and we really felt like we were taken good care off. They catered for allergies (nut and almond) superbly! The hotel was clean and rooms were great. Good breakfast and if you like a bit of luxury, the tearoom breakfast is for you (great a-la-carte options). Hotel Apurva Kempinski Bali se nahaja v kraju Nusa Dua, obkrožen je bujnim zelenjem, ponuja pa razkošno bivanje s pogledom na ocean. Letovišče nudi 60-metrski zunanji bazen ter spa. The stay was absolutely amazing. The landscape is awesome, it looks like a palace. All staff were very friendly and attentive. The bedroom is completely comfy and pleasant. The stay included breakfast and I don't regret paying for it as it was delicious and fresh, the style is buffet and you can find plenty of different options. The hotel has sic restaurants and beautiful swimming pools.
