Very nice hosts with warm welcoming, quiet, peaceful area, surrounded with forest, beautiful wooden design with a lot of homie touches. We loved spa facility, its completely private use during the stay, hot tub is really big and comfortable, infrared sauna also super nice. Recommended for families also, very nice playing facility with pool, bar and darts that can be used for all the guests. Overall wonderful experience and would love to visit again :)

Located in a very relaxing environment surrounded by nature, Casa Valle is a place where one can rest his body and soul! The house is very beautiful and a bit isolated so you have an intimate atmosphere, well-equipped, and very clean. The interior and exterior are very pleasant to stay! My best recommendations for this property!

The enchanting natural surroundings, coupled with the warmth and kindness of the hosts, made our stay truly remarkable. Despite the challenging weather conditions upon arrival, the hosts went above and beyond by rescuing us from a muddy mishap. Their genuine care and assistance extended beyond our stay, as they promptly reached out about a forgotten item and offered to send it back. The impeccable cleanliness and cozy atmosphere of the house instantly made us feel at home. An unforgettable experience that beautifully blended nature's wonders with exceptional hospitality.

Fantastic location and lovely hosts, very nicely decorated house, with all the facilities you'd need + a sauna room. We went to the snow nearby and had a great family weekend away. Ideal place for a holiday at any time of year!

I cannot recommend booking this house enough - the house itself is wonderful and cosy, very well equipped (especially kitchen and spa) just next to river Kupica. This was by far the best sauna experience in a holiday home - it is a proper Finish sauna of high quality. It heats up fast and to the proper just-above-100-degrees. The entire spa space is not even that large, yet still spacious and well-designed, great space to relax. Additionally, everything is very clean and cared for. As for the rest of the house, the kitchen is wonderful (many appliances!) and so is the entire living space as well as the bedrooms on the first floor. One of the highlights is definitely the terrace where you can soak in the sun even in winter and enjoy the view and sound of the river. There are plenty of options to enjoy nature (visit the source of Kupica and/or Kupa), and food (amazing restaurants within a few km). Last but not least, the people who run and care for the house are top notch. The communication with Alen was seamless and quick. He is very understanding, very helpful and kind. Moreover, the two wonderful caretakers who met us at check in and out were delightful and helpful, too. In every sense one feels at home here.

Zerm Holiday House with pool and gufubaði - Gorski kotar er staðsett í Mrkopalj, 39 km frá Risnjak-þjóðgarðinum og býður upp á gistirými með gufubaði, heitum potti og heilsulind. Everything was beyond great! The house was very clean, kitchen had everything you needed and mr. Zlatko was very friendly. We would recommend 10/10!
