The entire staff was extremely polite and professional with special thanks to Katerina. the senior concierge who went above and beyond in answering all questions, and assisted in resolving a major issue I had with a tour company. Katerina. sets the bar for how hotel front desk staff should all be like. Katerina. is simply the best. I definitely will return to this hotel
