Located in Newton Mearns in Glasgow, Southside district, Parklands Hotel & Country Club is 10 miles from Glasgow city centre. Susan on reception was amazing! She went above and beyond to make sure we were attended. The bar staff where great, even knew how to do a proper old fashioned. The breakfast was incredible compliments to the chef.

Staff was friendly and professional. Dining room food was excellent, including breakfast. Room decor was exceptional, especially the green bathroom tiling. We were welcomed by Richard who has been really helpful. The kitchen is well equipped, the apartement is clean, the beds are comfortable. Although it is not located at the city centre but taking the bus to the Edinburgh downtown is a good idea without having to worry about the traffic jam due to road works or finding parking. Only 5-minutes walking distance to bus stop no 10. Our family enjoyed our stay. It's also near the Fishmarket where we enjoyed the best fish and chips next to the lighthouse and the sea. The kids appreciate the Netflix and they said they love staying here.
