Located in Newton Mearns in Glasgow, Southside district, Parklands Hotel & Country Club is 10 miles from Glasgow city centre. The receptionist (Ron! Give this man a raise please) is the kindest, funniest and most lovely Scot I came across here, maybe even the most lovely person of the UK, we had such a warm welcome by him, definitely an amazing way to kick off your stay! The other staff is also very very helpful and amongst the kindest I’ve ever come across in my years of traveling. Well that is just the beginning, now come the rooms. The decor is absolutely amazing, super warm and cozy. The bed is absurdly comfortable and big and the bathroom is extremely clean and modern. The corridors are clean and look very safe because they’re well equipped with a lot of firedoors, there’s carpet and look very safe and cozy just like the room.

Black Sheep Hotels Cabins has mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking, set in Spean Bridge, 26 km from Glen Nevis. The view was outstanding. Cabin very comfortable and well fitted. The kitchen had a nice coffee machine, toaster, oven, microwave oven, pots and pans, crockery and cutlery, even oil, salt and pepper

Offering a garden and inner courtyard view, Stylish Garden View Apartment is located in Edinburgh, 4.2 km from Edinburgh Playhouse and 4.8 km from Edinburgh Waverley station. We were welcomed by Richard who has been really helpful. The kitchen is well equipped, the apartement is clean, the beds are comfortable. Although it is not located at the city centre but taking the bus to the Edinburgh downtown is a good idea without having to worry about the traffic jam due to road works or finding parking. Only 5-minutes walking distance to bus stop no 10. Our family enjoyed our stay. It's also near the Fishmarket where we enjoyed the best fish and chips next to the lighthouse and the sea. The kids appreciate the Netflix and they said they love staying here.
