It's like a fairy tale house on the outside and beautifully furnished inside. Once inside it feels very cosy and homely. A lot of books, a lovely reading area, very comfortable bed, nice hot shower. The cottage has a small but adequate kitchen area with everything you may need. The grounds surrounding the property are beautiful and our hosts invited us to wander around as much as we would like and to use the vegetables from the hothouse if we would want to. We had one rainy day and they even offfered us boots for walking. There were a washingmachine and dryer in an outhouse ( much appreciated because we had been travelling around). Our hosts made us feel very welcome .

Lovedays Cottage, A Luxury 16th Century home in Painswick offers accommodation set in Painswick, 34 km from Cotswold Water Park and 49 km from Bristol Parkway Station. We loved everything. It was the most perfect cottage. Immaculately clean, gorgeous furnishings. There was bread, eggs and milk when we arrived. We loved the fire place and the beds were comfy. The Oak pub a few doors down was a great place for a drink and dinner. Communication with Rebecca was excellent. We would love to visit again.

Overall, our stay in the Heron was okay. Neil, the owner, was kind enough to find us fans to help cool the house. The location was great, view was beautiful. Amenities were very good, fridge freezer, wash dryer. Ample outlets.

Situated just 2.3 km from Cotswold Water Park, Harrier Lodge offers accommodation in Cirencester with access to an outdoor swimming pool, a fitness centre, as well as full-day security. I loved the lodge, i had a few questions I needed answering and the owners replied sharpish and were very kind. We loved the facilities and the surrounding area, did so much on our weeks stay I now need a holiday to recover. It can be as busy or as relaxing as you wish and the lodge is just that. Great entertaining area downstairs and we cooked most nights, great facilities. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your lodge! We all would highly recommend to anyone looking at visiting the cotswolds to have this as your base.
