Languages spoken at the reception include Arabic, German, English and Spanish. We had a problem with the booking and the staff was so kind to accommodate our request. The rooms are brand new and very spacious and beautifully decorated.

With staff speaking German, English, Spanish and French, advice is available at the reception. this is a beautiful and comfy hotel with a lovely garden for drinks or meals. Beyond the usual amenaties at a 5 star hotel like great beds, beautiful room, we loved the attention to detail such as: chocolate welcome gift, daily water, light dimmer in the bathroom so it can be soothing at night (my own bugbear), a heated mirror in the bathroom that gave a small clear square after showering. we chose a balcony room facing the lake, on the second floor. stunning views!

Slightly out of town but the ammenities at the hotel made up for it plus the shuttle which would pick you up on request was fantastic.
