The check-in was amazing, they gave us some champagne for a welcome and the whole check-in was smooth. The rooms are amazing, spacious, the bathroom the bed.. and the bed is the most comfortable bed i have slept in (pillows are very soft and comfortable)! The decorations outside, inside really such a beautiful hotel.

There are 4 restaurants on site, offering Asian, Spanish and Italian dishes. The La Palmera restaurant features an outdoor dining area in the gardens, where you can also find an elegant cocktail bar. This is a 5 star hotel in every aspect. They deserve a long and excellent review so here goes..... They arranged, at our cost, a comfortable car for transport from TFS so the 45 minutes or so to the hotel flew by. Then they upgraded us on arrival to a penthouse room which had a deck and overlooked the pool. Absolutely lovely. They smartly include three sizes of bed pillow for each guest and made the twin beds into one king size one for my husband and myself. Our floor maid team headed by Jennifer was excellent every single day - you can put a card if you want to keep the sheets you have for water saving. There are 5 floors to the hotel and the restaurants and amenities (including a billiard table and a pool table and fabulous library of lending books of all languages on the 3rd floor) ping pong in the garden, and three different pools which I loved for different times - smallish spa pool quite warm, outside spa pool very pleasant w not shivers on getting in and then the main pool which is beside the outside dining for lunch which is beautiful but much cooler and was mainly unused by people sunning in very comfortable loungers. I have never in all my travels had such comfortable leather pads on both the pool loungers and the ones on our deck room. Tatjana for massage! The breakfasts were excellent with lots of choice and very courteous about making omelets and peoples perfectly times morning eggs. I am particular about my coffee so requested americano vs the carafe of less strong coffee they automatically offer. I never had anyone get peaked about that request. Really, top to bottom the employees were always courteous, patient and quick with filling requests. Rahul is the manager at our favorite restaurant La Parrilla which is the best of the three restaurants on site in my view. He will also make plain grilled fish and steamed vegetables on request which is nice to have on a long stay, has an excellent cheese board for desert and is also a sommelier.

Marina Beach, a property with a terrace, is located in Puerto de la Cruz, 1.1 km from Playa Martianez, 200 metres from Plaza Charco, as well as 600 metres from Taoro Park. It is situated 400 metres from San Telmo Beach and features a lift. Free WiFi is available throughout the property and Playa del Muelle is 80 metres away. Vegetarian, dairy-free and vegan options can also be requested. Beautiful apartment, well kitted out. Restaurant was pretty good and pool area was lovely. All-round luxurious feel commensurate with relatively high price point

Yoga classes and fitness classes are arranged at the fitness room in house. Activities such as cycling, hiking, walking tours can be enjoyed in the surroundings, and guests can relax along the beachfront. Outdoor play equipment is also available at the apartment, while guests can also relax in the garden. Can't recommend this place enough. The apartment is lovely, has everything you might possibly need, a fully stacked kitchen if you want to cook, a washing machine to wash your clothes and most importantly parking and access to several pools. The location is also excelent, it's very quiet and secure, yet very close to bars, stores and the beach. Would like to thank Olga who was super nice and helpful, even let us stay a bit longer on our last day since we had an evening flight.

Children will enjoy the aquatic park, which includes a surf pool. Guests will find sun loungers service. Everything was great. Amazing staff and services.

Very good accomodation somewhat close to all nearby attractions. Very spacious and very good price to quality ratio. Grocery stores and restarants closeby. I recommend visiting the nearby park and choosing to use the offered private parking. Some of the best air conditioning I have encountered as a tourist, no limitation or anything like that.
