The biggest plus here were the staff. They were fantastic, incredibly friendly and helpful. There were no airs and graces and spoke to you like a friend/family member rather than a customer, we loved that and you don't find it often enough in hotels. Everything else in the hotel was perfect, the food was actually really tasty (often find all inclusive can be a little bland) The rooms were comfortable and spotless and all the facilities were first class. We have already talked about doing back again
Palmanova
Apartotel Ponent Mar is a 4-star aparthotel with free private parking, a spa and indoor and outdoor swimming pools. There is free Wi-Fi in all public areas.

The view from the room on the 8th floor was spectacular. The room was also very clean.
The staff was friendly.
The pool was nice.
There are activities you can book and car rental at the reception, but unfortunately i saw this only on the last day.
I liked the sea, even though it didn't have a sandy beach (there are some 5 minutes from the hotel) where i could swim and snorkel.

Staff excellent as always. My 4th stay and will return. Big rooms and balconies. Buffet breakfast and dinner value for money. Location. good and WiFi strong. Very helpful and accommodating.

Overall a great hotel. Rooms are spacious and very quiet. Breakfast has a wide selection of local but also international foods, also with an absolutely stunning view of the bay of Palma. Dinner is just as great, extraordinary selection of meats, fish and seafood, worth every penny. Wellness area is luxurious with 3 saunas, a whirlpool, inside and outside pool. Will come here again for sure next time I visit Mallorca.
Fabulous location in hills above Palma, great panoramic views of the bay. Great spa area, 3 pools, large sauna, steam area, small gym. Excellent buffet breakfast, everything. Large rooms, all have decent balcony areas. Spacious and relaxing. Attractive inner garden courtyard, huge southfacing terrace with seating.

Clean, comfortable, spacious rooms , hotel in great location Very hospitable & helpful staff. Rianne & Diego were so welcoming & were so attentive. They also gave great beach and restaurant recommendations. Breakfast was lovely, calm and lots of choice. Spa was clean and nice , and the massage was great addition to our relaxing stay.
Lovely “finca” style - farm- property — medieval era with beautiful modern luxury touches. Nice change of pace after several days on the coast and just 15 mins to the airport! Fabulous buffet breakfast and especially nice and well-decorated gym! The white stone buildings with stone roofs make for super quiet nights — wonderfully relaxing! Fantastic Indy massage in the spa.
The people working there are really nice. I liked the gym facilities,clean just missing water in the water fountain. The spa access it's a great thing to have, especially in bad weather days.sauna,ham,indoor pool with gets I had a massage as well which was surprisingly really good!! Breakfast was a great spread,you can order your own omelette as well.great addition was infused water and takeaway cups.. Pool was nice as well. Around area has some bars and restaurants within 10min walk is the marina with a lot more restaurants bars
The rooms are modern, clean and spacious with every day cleaning. Pool area and amenities were fantastic and relaxing. Also, there are mini golf, billiards, sauna, gym and tennis. All the staff were super helpful and the receptionist offered a junior suite at no extra cost - it was unexpected and very nice. Breakfast - buffet with a great selection (it was really good) and also we offered a dinner for extra cost 20 euros and it was fantastic, delicious and very variable.
Staff very helpful and organised. Outdoor pool is excellent and there and the terraced gardens provide lots of areas to sit and relax in space. Indoor pool and sauna facility also very good. Breakfast was very organised and the food quality is excellent.
The view of the harbor while enjoying the buffet breakfast is spectacular. There is a small infinity pool on the 8th floor with the same view, or for colder days, a warm indoor pool and jacuzzi on the 3rd. The 3rd floor also has a spa area with massage areas and saunas. The room that we had was typically a bedroom with a bathroom. The bathroom was clean and well-lit.
Very relaxed hotel. Lovely breakfast and lots of room to chill out surrounded by beautiful plants. I had a massage in the spa, enjoyed some beers at the bar and liked the pool and playing pool.
