Without a doubt the best hotel experience I had ever had. The hotel itself is exquisite, with luxury details and decor, and very clean. The reception and restaurant staff go the extra mile at every opportunity and made us feel so comfortable and taken care of. The housekeeping works silently and unnoticed yet they do an impeccable job! The rooftop bar was also a treat before heading into town which is only steps away. It will be nearly impossible for me to return to Palma without staying at El Llorenc! Thank you!!!

The staff were fabulous, they were incredibly nice, friendly and helpful. The garden was beautiful. We travelled with my small dog and it was really easy with him and lovely to have this gorgeous facility. The food in the restaurant was excellent and it was just really relaxing to sit outside day or evening. The pool was lovely and relaxing too. The location was amazing in a really nice part of Palma close to all the chic shopping, restaurants and sights. The whole design of the hotel is really beautiful and we would love to return again soon!
