The Fontenay, Designhotel des Jahres 2023 und 2024 is a 5-star hotel situated on the shore of the Alster Lake in Hamburg, within walking distance of the famous shopping area at Jungfernstieg. The city resort offers a 1,000 m² rooftop spa with an indoor/outdoor pool. It gives me great pleasure to give feedback on The Fontenay. We have stayed in numerous 5 Star hotels around the world over the last many years and we have never experienced anything like The Fontenay. It is very luxurious, elegantly decorated and has a charming and very welcoming atmosphere with very attentive and professional staff. The location is fantastic right at the beautiful Alster lake. In short it was a magical experience. We shall definitely come back. Thank you all at The Fontenay for making our stay with a truly memorable experience.

The MADISON Hotel Hamburg is located in central Hamburg, just 200 metres from the St. Michaelis Church. It offers large studios, a stylish bar, and a restaurant serving international food.

On site is also the Energy Clinic spa, which features an exclusive treatment rooms and a gym overlooking the Außenalster Lake. The PrivateMax cinema for up to 12 people is another highlight at the Atlantic. Everything, except Gala dinner, chef was terrible and his 5 course meal was also a disaster. we left starving at new years eve, and paid 300 usd per person!!!! other than that everything and staff was great

All rooms include an espresso machine, flat-screen TV, DVD player and free films. Fabulous hotel located perfectly near a beautiful lake in the heart of Hamburg. The building is beautifuly furnished and rooms are exquisitelly decorated, one of the best hotels I've ever visited, everything here is pure art. The staff takes customer services to another level, probably that's how royalty feels like 👌 Breakfast is absolutely delicious and served perfectly. Congratulations! Will definitely return, I highly recommend this hotel if visiting Hamburg.

The house is in a quiet area in Hamburg away from traffic noise. The staff were really helpful and nice.

The property features a spa and wellness area, a restaurant and bar as well as modern event & banquet facilities. The staff were very friendly and helpful . The room was very comfortable and clean, and the view was very good. The man at checkout, from Venice, was especially friendly and helpful. The restaurant and the breakfast were elegant and food was plentiful.

Lovely relaxed environment in the lounge and breakfast room. Unique to this hotel is its free evening supper provided for travellers who are just too tired to go out for a meal. Breakfast excellent. Our room was spacious, clean and pleasant with a very comfortable bed. Housekeeping staff always friendly. We loved the 1950’s-60’s decor! A real Hamburg feel and definitely value for money✅

Adina Apartment Hotel Hamburg features non-smoking studio apartments with a separate lounge and dining area. All apartments include air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. nice pool and sauna, vast breakfast, super friendly staff. we were able to rent a bike right at the lobby, which we truly recommend all Hamburg visitors.
