We were in the Star & Sky room which was fabulous. Lucas (front desk) greeted us and he was very professional and friendly. He provided us with all the info we needed for the area. The spa was a fabulous addition to the hotel. The breakfast was delicious. The design of the hotel was incredible and well thought out.

The family-run Bristol hotel is situated in a central yet quiet location in Zermatt, between the train station and the Klein Matterhorn cable car. It offers a spa area and free WiFi in all areas. We loved every moment - the room and terrace was gorgeous, the staff were so nice and welcoming of us and our little dogs and the breakfast was delicious. We are coming back :)
