WiFi is available free of charge. We loved the warm welcome and the exceptionally warm response from all members of staff. The breakfast was one of the best we've ever had. In terms of service, it felt like a 5 Star hotel rather than a three star. Pontresina itself is a warm and friendly place with lots to do and see.
