Everything was outstanding! We even booked our transfer to Hoi An via Cloud Pass through the hotel for an extremely good price (Connect Travel) with a super nice guide. Roof pool and breakfast was also amazing and everyone was extremely nice.

Amazing stay! We loved this place - the breakfast is next level, it’s pretty incredible and the heated pool on the 8th floor with the view is pretty special. Great views of Hue from our corner room and the staff were great, helpful with suggestions for eating and pretty much anything you needed. Great location too. Fully recommend.

Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, decent gym equipment and two gorgeous infinity pools! Rooms were clean and modern. We ate in the restaurant and the food was delicious. Gorgeous hotel for great value.

Location was great, as was the breakfast with many international choices. Our room was huge, the shower was fantastic and the grounds were beautiful. It was very peaceful with no traffic noise. It was more modern so the facilities were excellent. Bed was very comfortable. We did the DMZ tour from here which was awesome with the local guide - go see the tunnels - they will amaze you.

The property is magnificent, the staff superb and the food and service outstanding. We came to Hue after 4 nights at the Metropole in Hanoi and felt the same level of luxury and care for guests we had just experienced at the Metropole.
