Prijazno, vendar nevsiljivo osebje, vsaj v mojem primeru še posebej lahko izpostavim Loan iz recepcije. Potem lokacija hotela na manj prometni in zato manj hrupni ulici, vendar zelo blizu večini atrakcij. Hotel je primeren za ljudi, ki cenijo udobje in individualno obravnavo vsakega gosta, ne marajo pa formalizma in hladne poslovnosti mnogih velikih hotelov.

The property is as beautiful or more from real as in the picture. Everything is sparkling and the service was amazing, always checking that everything was perfect for us. Jay from the staff was extremely fun too.

We changed quite a few accomodations inVitnam during our stay and I must say this one was a refreshment. It is not in the center of Hoi An but it will make up to that with really pleasant stay. Staff is super helpful and always available. Food is exceptional and changes daily. A lot of fresh fruit as well. Room was spacious, nice and clean. There can be harmless geckos around which is ok for us, but maybe someone is scared of them. They offer free bycicles which is ok option to go to Hoi An or to the beach. Renting motorcycles here is also possible but if you want nice one, you need to find that in the Hoi An. As hygiene level in Vietnam is extremly poor compared to Europe or US, choosing better accomodation options like this one is worth it (for us at least).

We really enjoyed our stay at Cozy Hotel. We spent five nights here, and it was amazing. Originally, we had booked a hotel in Danang, but we changed it quite last minute, and it turned out to be a really good decision. Hoi An is a lovely and cozy city that has a lot to offer, including day trips to other places. We especially loved the rooftop swimming pool; it was a fantastic place to relax after a long day. Everyone in the hotel was super friendly and helpful. We received plenty of recommendations for trips and things to see. The breakfast was great. The hotel's location is also very good; it is situated in a calm area, but you can easily walk to the center. We also appreciated the bike rental service.

The location was perfect. Really close to the old town, but across the bridge. Bars and restaurants within easy reach but quieter and not so busy. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. Made us feel at home. We had a balcony with a view of the river. Rooms cleaned every day. Fantastic breakfast . So relaxing.

A peaceful piece of paradise outside of town. Perfect place to relax on your tropical holiday. The food in the restaurant was cheap and delicious (other than pizza, stick to local dishes). Breakfast was superb. There was some shade around the pool from fragrant plumeria trees and enough beds for everyone to enjoy.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The view from room is absolutely fantastic. The staff is sooooo nice. Special call out to Min and Brandy. Our son fell sick and Min and her colleague were so helpful in arranging a doctor and always checking up on our son. Brandy gave fantastic food recommendations outside the menu too! I highly highly recommend this place.
