A fairly new, family run Hotel with well attended and clean rooms not far from the busy town centre. It offers a quiet location with hilltop garden that has beautiful bay views. The staff like Linh and Viet and the family team go extra miles for their guests and very friendly and helpful.

The room was very clean, I took the bus from hà Giang and i came to the hotel early so reception very helpful he helped me check in and give me some advice to do something on the island! I have booked a full day boat tour at the hotel , it’s so amazing Really high recommend

The staff is great and accommodating. We found that the restaurant menu is excellent for dinner, so we didn't need to go outside for good food. The rooms are nice and spacious.

Our first time to Cat Ba, we don't know what to expect. Room, views and services at Pina are top notch. We love the staff here. They are super friendly and so helpful from front desk, services to restaurants. You are treated like king here. We will definitely come back here, not just for the yummy foods/buffet, but also for the staff here. Just top services!
