The recpetion staff was impeccable. Zuhal, Mahsum and Arda were incredibly kind at breakfast. We had such a nice start every morning thanks to their pleasant service & the cookies on the house in the lobby were also an incredible plus. Loved the device at this location 👌 will definitely return

The hotel itself is at a great location. Most of the historic landmarks and tourist places are under 10 minutes walk. Overall, it was a great location. The rooms were nice and clean with enough space for everything. The free wifi/internet is good for basic internet jobs. Last but most important, staff was really helpful. Both the reception managers plus the support staff were really helpful, always smiling and happy to help with anything or everything. We will stay at the property again whenever we are Istanbul. Thanks!🙂

Welcoming and hospitable staff at reception. In the lobby while waiting you can spend time with a glass of water or tea and a biscuit, there is always fruit. The staff is ready to help in almost any situation - soup in the room for children, ice for a hospital patient. Very good breakfast. It is impossible to leave hungry. It is nice and tasty to have lunch in the hotel restaurant.
