Excellent service! The hotel staff was always pleasant and willing to help. And a special thanks for an upgrade and other complimentary things. The coffee in lobby is amazing by the way:) Room was clean and big. I was surprised that vale parking was free! In 5 star hotels it is usually, but for Istanbul it’s not always like this)) Just a perfect impression, I will highly recommend this hotel for everyone who is looking for the hotel in asian side. Location is perfect for Sabiha airport

The staff were all so helpful. Everyone from reception to waiting staff. They couldn't do enough to help us. It was spotlessly clean. Very comfortable and ideally located close to everything bit far enough out of the hustle and bustle.
