The staff were extremely helpful and kind. The room was in an excellent location in the resort close to the pool and beach. Facilities in the room were wonderful - big comfortable bed, kettle for coffee and a fridge with complementary water, lovely bathroom with shower gels and shampoos, and clean towels. AC was also available.
