Wow! Just wow! From our Arrival till we left - everything has been great, more than great! The super friendly and always helpful Staff, our wonderful Pool Suite, the Food, the Service, the Kindness we felt - whenever someone out of the Staff crossed our way, the whole Hotel Complex - so lovely with Plants just everywhere... This has been an absolutely "jackpot" Trip to wonderful Koh Phangan! And there has been nothing more to ask for! We just loved to be there, felt warmly welcome and more than super cared for! Very good hotel , staffs are great. Good variety breakfast. I stay in deluxe jacuzzi room, big room, nice view. The hotel have everything you need : pool, spa , fitness , restaurant , private beach.

Everything about the whole experience was exceptional, especially the Desk staff Pop and Mar, the cleaners were super nice and Pops little girl Olly was gorgeous.
