The staff always willing to help and sorted us some soft pillows and an iron. We would definitely stay again it's definitely value for money and railay is an amazing place . You will lots of monkeys at railay and lovely sun sets from the beach .

There is a smart tv so you can log in to Netflix and such, so that made it comfortable to relax in the room. The breakfast has a good basic choice of Thai, wester, eggs, fruit and salad. It's a nice restaurant to sit in the morning and also their dinner food is great if you order. The pool is nice and generally gets sun most of the day. Breakfast, meals and drinks were decent but we enjoyed exploring Walking Street more which is fantastic and we got massages there too. Bonus was the monkeys who jump across trees / roofs which we really enjoyed but you do need to be careful with food and not leave anything out to tempt them.
