We had a very nice stay at the Empress premier. The rooms were great and modern, the food at the breakfast was very good and the best thing was the service. From Start till end they were very helpful and nice. Empress is the place to stay in Chiang Mai, we will definetly visit again!

Our stay exceeded my expectations! We were upgraded to a larger room on the 2nd floor, though the view faced surrounding houses outside, it's perfectly located inside the Old Town. The staff are super friendly and accommodating. Free afternoon tea and a 10-minute head & shoulder massage where we discovered our favorite masseuse from Makkha Health & Spa! Breakfast is really great with main dishes changing daily and the swimming pool has mineral water. Overall, a chill and relaxing vibe with beautiful building decoration. Handwritten welcome and goodbye messages, plus a tiny handmade gift – loved it!

The whole design of the hotel was impressive, staff were very professional, kind, and helpful. We received fresh fruits in our room every day, and enjoyed the balcony a lot. Breakfast was not buffet but a set menu, however you can order as much as you like.
