the pictures on the website don't do justice at all: the hotel is MUCH better in reality than it looks like in the pictures (it was a great surprise for us) ; the style and interior decoration are amazing ; the garden and terrasse are beautiful ; definitely a place to stay for hikes in the warmer seasons ; the buffet breakfast was great ; the buffet dinner was also great (good quality and range) ; the restaurant was beautiful ; the hotel was very clean, extremely well maintained and stunning in its architecture (a classic gem) ; the staff was helpful and respectful ; the location was excellent (e.g.: close to cablecars, hiking tracks, ski slopes, town) ; the parking was big and easy to move into ; the spa & wellness facilities were excellent and clean ; the bar was cool and barmen very friendly and at your attention ; live music is played on some days and over the weekend (pianist) ; the gopass included is a real bounty for the activities around ; there is a playroom for children and a big conference room ; the room and bed were comfortable ; the bathroom was clean ; we had a very good view from our room (classic room with view) ; we could even witness a sky-tearing storm ; the hotel is so good you could spend the whole there without feeling you're missing out ; I could go on and on but a definite gem in the Tatras ; one of the best hotels I've stayed in and would definitely recommend to anyone going in the Tatras ; very good value for money ; internet was good too and possible to work from the room desk

fully equipped apartment. high level. TIP: to check-in you need to go to the next-door hotel Slovian. Also there you can buy breakfasts and dinners.

Apartement was great. 2 bedrooms, kitchen well equiped, big living room with a view on Lomnicky stit. Parking in front of the building. Kids could use the playroom with a lot of toys, table tenis... ij the same facility. Friendly staff and they are dog friendly. Our stay in the Willi alartements was great, apartement we rented met our expectations, it is really good for families, it is dog friendly, which was a bonus, as it's hard to find dog friendly places. I would recommend the stay in Willi's apartements.

Friendly and kind staff, quite location and hotel, good for kids! One-bedroom room has cutlery, dishes and glasses for 4 persons, very clean room, full-length windows with forest view, heaters in each room, cloth dryer, comfort foam based mattresses in beds, kids room on the ground floor was fully equipped with toys, Lego, furniture and so on.

We have stayed in different apartment in February so we knew that location is great . Apartment was spacious and clean . We have really enjoyed our stay and we would love to come back next summer.

The apartment is really huge, very well equipped, super clean and stylish. We had everything we needed from wine and champagne glasses to covered garage. Amazing balcony with view to Lomnicky Peak. Very recommended for bigger families or group of friends too.
