What a wonderful place. A beautifully restored original building with new facilities in an exceptionally well-designed and impressive separate block. The quality of everything about the establishment is superb. The staff are friendly, attentive and very professional. The food is fresh, well-presented and interesting. We thought that it looked interesting in the photos when we booked but the reality was even better than we could have imagined.

Perfect and original design of the interior. The view from the terrace down below the hills, and far away You can see High Tatras, too!! The apartment is only 700m from the slope of Kubínska hoľa. All the building is new, modern, nice, clean and quiet. Moreover, they have Bang&olufsen sound system under the TV. I could go piece by piece, all the apartment.... It was simply a marvel, thank You so much! Well, and the owner was very nice, she also helped me solve a problem with a flat tyre and contacting the car service, even though she did not have to...

The apartment made an amazing luxurious basecamp for our little team. It is close to the slopes, well equipped and very comfortable.

new spacious apartment with smart equipment and clever designs all round. upstairs room had no protection which is questionable but we were sleeping downstairs. hot water and great kitchen. tv with Netflix was a plus for one evening.

The place is amazingly beautiful and is fully equipped as I would be at home. In the kitchen, there was salt, sugar, flour, spices, and oil, which was super helpful since we were eating in the apartment.

The place is perfect, the apartment is clean, well-maintained, modern, perfectly furnished, where you feel like home. There is everything you need and even more. The entire space of the flat is perfectly developed. The apartment is bright, spacious and with a beautiful view. From Apartmán Kinas is 3 mins by car to Kubínska hoľa ski which is great ! Contact with the owners is perfect. Thank you very much for such great hospitality. We will definitely come back !
