Everything was perfect and beyond amazing! Photos don’t do it’s justice for sure. We didn’t know what to expect when we booked it without much planning and not knowing about the area as we’re on our road trip from Uk to Croatia. Saw the listing on Booking.com and the place looked exactly how we like and what we wanted for a while but couldn’t find elsewhere. Chalet sofija is nestled among the peaks of the Jura alps. Standing so grandly but so well blended in with the natural beauty around the mountains, we were blown away by it’s gorgeous architecture and tasteful decor and complete luxurious feel the moment we walked into the chalet. This is a super prime luxury property! When we arrived, we were greeted by the host and owner of chalet sofija Alessandra and her beloved dog Tracy. We have two dogs with us and they were delighted to have met new friends. The moment we walked in our jaws dropped by breathtaking view of the mountains with wide deck and infinity swimming pool which is heated 30 degree over looking the mountains and there are sauna and spa also looking over the magnificent view. Pope the owner and Alessandra definitely design so carefully and with no expense spared to make the most of benefits that the mountains give. There are big windows everywhere you’ll have panoramic view from every part of the chalet. Rooms- I almost cried when we walked into our room which also has panoramic view. it’s beyond my imagination how beautiful this huge room. Love how luxurious but at the same time you feel like you’re so close to nature. From the small amenities to super tech built in TV and remote controlled blinds system if necessary to have deep sleep. We also enjoyed fine dining experience by Pope who is renowned restauranteur in Slovenia. Breakfast & dinner both absolutely amazing we felt so pampered while we stayed. With it’s one of a kind view and style, I’m sure the season doesn’t matter!

The house was great, spacious, clean, well equipped, really felt like a home. Its located in a nice area with a gorgeous view towards the Špik group of mountains. The only regret is that I didnt start the fire place, would have been really nice! Perhaps next time....

Very comfortable, great location, privacy. Very nature sensitive wooden construction of house in traditional style, but very modern amenities in this what seemed just finished and furbished accomodation. Really good communication with owner. Beautifjl panorama views. Good covered parking.

Todo el hotel, está un poco más lejos. Pero esta todo fenomenal. Camas Xl teníamos unas vistas increíbles a la montaña y bosque. Albornoz y zapatillas para bajar a la piscina y jacuzzi. Y el desayuno bufet, muy completo y variado

Desde el primer momento que entras en el hotel te das cuenta que vas a estar a gusto. El trato de todo el personal es excelente, pendiente de tí en todo momento. las instalaciones son realmente bonitas y nuevas con todo tipo de detalles. Las vistas a las montañas realmente increibles!!!!. Saboreamos sus platos tanto en desayuno, comida y cena y realmente la materia prima es de gran calidad así como los vinos eslovenos. Parking en la entrada del hotel y justo al lado empieza el sendero hacia Martuljski slapovi. Os recomiendo cenar con las vistas a los alpes finalizando con un “ negroni” que nada tiene que envidiar al italiano a pesar de tener alguna sorpresa. Volveremos y recomendaremos seguro. Gracias a todo el staff del hotel.

The chalet is located 5 min of car away from Kranjska Gora, in a beautiful neighborhood. Everything is new and perfectly cleaned; the flat is small but extremely well organized and very comfortable. Included in the price are access to a sauna and to a jacuzzi located in the little garden of the flat; staying in the jacuzzi with the snow all around you is amazing! The host is very kind and gave us useful hints about the flat and the surroundings and also a welcome dish and a departure gift!

The apartment is spacious and very clean. It is located in a small village next to Kranjska Gora (only 2 kms away from the main bus station). It has two balconies and the view to the surrounding mountains is breathtaking.
