It is very close to the Gothenburg Art Gallery and the design and Culture Museum. Also very close to pay parking. Lots of restaurants in the area. I was very impressed by the gym and spa facilities, which included a dry sauna, steam room, and relaxation pool with a lovely view of the park. Staff were extremely helpful e.g. in booking the spa.
