Been here for the second time at Crystal and for sixth time in Sovata. The hotel has very good facilities, the spa, the staff always kind, polite and ready to help you. Easy check-in, despite the fact that we arrived earlier as expected. The room was super clean, fabolous view from the room and the bathroom. The vila has a private parking area! The lake and city center was 5 mins away on foot. We only spent 1 night there but definitely will return for a longer stay!
