The hotel was newly refurbished, painted. The staff was very kind, spoke also Hungarian. They were flexible to change our rooms because we wanted to look toward the lake. We had no view to the lake (no such room I was told) but still we had amazing view. And we also had late check out. The spa is beautiful! Enough beds, the water elements work frequently. We could use also the spa center of the next hotel which is much bigger but much crowder and not so cosy. Breakfast was vast and good!

Very nice, big and cozy rooms. The property is very new. Perfect, keyless entry/exit system. Centrally located, only few steps from the resort. Use of Spa facilities in a nearby hotel possible.

The hotel is simply amazing. Nice location, lovely rooms with all the facilities. Very clean and smelling nice from the moment you enter in the hotel. You really need to give it a try and you will not regret. The pool is so cool and they have a special pool with the salt water from the lake. I loved my vacation in Sovata and I'm glad I found this beautiful hotel.the breakfast was delicious and they have very healthy food. They have good variety of food and even they serve prosecco for breakfast.

Easy check-in, despite the fact that we arrived earlier as expected. The room was super clean, fabolous view from the room and the bathroom. The vila has a private parking area! The lake and city center was 5 mins away on foot. We only spent 1 night there but definitely will return for a longer stay!

It's been one of the most joyous experience we've had in years. The hosts were beyond lovely and we experienced the legendary hospitality of Transsylvania. Spacious rooms, very well-equipped kitchen with all the facilities one may need for a leisurely weekend getaway. Quiet location with forest views. Ample parking. Truly luxurious, brand new apartments with everything catered for. Well recommended and definitely our permanent go-to place when we return and we will return again and again.
