The room was cleaned every day, new towels and bedding, so many food choices and entertainment. The private beach was very close and enough sunbeds. The snacks and drinks offered in between meals made such a difference. We didn't go anywhere else as Mera Resort had it all covered. The staff was also helpful on our last day. After checking out at 12pm we had to wait 7 hours for our train. The reception staff spoke with the manager and it was possible to pay to get the same facilities (excluding the room) to enjoy the meals and the pool.

The hotel facilities are top-notch, with a beautiful pool area and a fantastic restaurant serving delicious local and international cuisine. But what really sets New Belvedere apart is the exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable, from providing recommendations for local activities to ensuring my every need was met. Overall, I highly recommend New Belvedere to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing vacation in Mangalia. The combination of excellent service, beautiful location, and luxurious amenities make it a true gem on the Black Sea coast.

We felt as at home. The restaurant team worked well, being skilfully led by Mr. Dan. The rooms are spacious and allow the addition of an extra bed. It can be noticed that in reality the hotel looks better than in the pictures.
