The room was cleaned every day, new towels and bedding, so many food choices and entertainment. The private beach was very close and enough sunbeds. The snacks and drinks offered in between meals made such a difference. We didn't go anywhere else as Mera Resort had it all covered. The staff was also helpful on our last day. After checking out at 12pm we had to wait 7 hours for our train. The reception staff spoke with the manager and it was possible to pay to get the same facilities (excluding the room) to enjoy the meals and the pool.

I had an incredible experience at New Belvedere in Mangalia, Romania. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality from the staff. We felt as at home. The restaurant team worked well, being skilfully led by Mr. Dan. The rooms are spacious and allow the addition of an extra bed. It can be noticed that in reality the hotel looks better than in the pictures.

Great supportive staff, modern decorating ideas, very comfortable beds, wonderful garden, a lot of activities for kids, excellent food choices including gluten-free and vegan selections, nice live music shows away from the sleeping area, green playground near old trees, innovative outdoor pool, very respectful team.
