A really comfortable house and very nice hosts. We loved the fireplace (there were three of them, in the living room, kitchen and outside) and the sauna.The view from our bedroom window was really magnificent! We had a private bedroom and bathroom. The other spaces are shared. We live staying here and we definitely will come back.

Tonje was very welcoming and made us feel right at home. She was also quick to answer any questions we had and offer suggestions. We enjoyed the privacy of our own room, but also the use of the many amenities on offer in the communal spaces. The sauna was a nice treat at the end of a long cold day's hike in the snow!

The interior gives you an authentic feel of how it may be living in an 18th century wooden Nordic home. And the breakfast – just wow! One of the best I've ever had anywhere!
