- excellent location near the train station and 10 minutes away from the city center. - although close to the train station, the hotel has a very good sound insulation and you can’t hear a thing (this is coming from someone with high sensitivity to noise, by the way) - new / modern furniture and bathroom - very clean - friendly & smiley staff

Un 5 stelle a quel prezzo è ottimo. Spa piccola ma carina, camera molto spaziosa e struttura molto molto bella. Bagno enorme con doccia e vasca. Posizione vicinissima al centro

Relaxing environment. Clean and isolated well-sized room, comfortable bed, plentiful breakfast. A good restaurant with a kitchen open till 10 p.m., which is great for late arrivals.

Struttura fantastica a pochi minuti da Utrecht, molto comoda anche per visitare Amsterdam (a 15 minuti di macchina parcheggio P+R per raggiungere comodamente il centro). Grandissima cura dei dettagli, servizi di qualità e ottima pulizia. E' presente ampio parcheggio custodito. Molto consigliato!

The location of the apartment is absolutely fantastic and it was extremely clean. As well as being right on the Oudegracht/ canal, the apartment is located in the heart of the city with shops, cafes and restaurants just minutes away. The perfect location to explore the city easily on foot. The apartment is also extremely spacious which was wonderful and, despite being at canal level, it has a lot of daylight thanks to the large glass doors and additional windows at the front. Our vist was in winter and thankfully the apartment wasn't cold - the heating works really well in there which was great. The sauna and steam room are an added bonus which helps to make the trip even more relaxing. We have already decided that we will book back here again in the summer to enjoy the activity/view over the canal even more. We had the opportunity to meet with the hosts as well - both were absolutely charming and so helpful. Highly recommend!

The food was really good at the location. It was a short walk to the downtown sector. And a nice park located out back that was nice to enjoy during the hot day. They also serve cold treats which was also really enjoyable and you can a cold beverage out front on one of their tables.
