We had a wonderful stay at the Riad! I travelled with my parents and my partner and we felt like in a movie. The personnel was amazing, the food, the space. Totally recommend it. Its also very convinient to go with a car, they find a parking spot for you for 5€ per day.

Providing free WiFi, private parking and a terrace, the recently renovated property of Palais De Fès Suites & Spa, offers rooms in Fès, 3.1 km from Royal Palace Fes and 1.4 km from Batha Square. It is located 1.4 km from Medersa Bouanania and provides a lift. This 5-star riad offers private entrance.

My wife and I, along with our two boys aged 11 and 12, stayed in the Sultan Suite of this riad for 4 days. Although there were many stairs, typical of a riad, the building was beautifully maintained. The staff were attentive and considerate in every aspect. When traveling in Fes, the convenience of moving from the car to the accommodation is crucial. Also, it’s important to easily walk from the accommodation to various places in the medina. Relying always on someone in a maze-like city like the Fes medina can be very inconvenient. This riad has a major advantage in terms of accessibility. Over 4 days, we explored the medina without a guide and always found it easy to return to the riad on foot or by taxi. We visited a similarly priced five-star hotel on a hill, and while it might have been slightly better in terms of facilities and comfort, this riad surpassed it in terms of access. For those who seek convenience and luxury, along with the thrill of exploring on their own, I highly recommend this place.

There is a private entrance at the guest house for the convenience of those who stay. Boasting family rooms, this property also provides guests with a sun terrace.

Just stop looking for a place in Fez and book Ryad Zahrat. The owner Fatima is lovely and the staff we met, Karim and Abdullah were absolutely charming. The interior decor is gorgeous. The Ryad is right by the entrance to the median yet very easy to find. The roof top terrace is an oasis after a long day in the medina. A 10/10 stay for us! 🇲🇦❤️🇲🇦

Karim was incredibly useful, also gave lots of tips so u don't get scammed. I had to cancel my trip to the desert and he had managed to retrieve most of my money that wasn't easy! I would highly recommend this place especially to those who come to Morocco for the first time 👌I also recommend doing henna with the girl working there :))) the hostel has a really nice view from the rooftop! Good place to chill during the sunset. Its really located in a fantastic way. It's at the beginning of the food market and couple minutes walk from the plaza near the Medina gate. It's close to the petite taxies that can take u to the airport or bus station. There is bank and sim card place also very close. Perfect 👍👍

The farm stay boasts a variety of wellness options, including spa facilities, wellness packages and yoga classes. You can play billiards and table tennis at the farm stay, and the area is popular for cycling and hiking. Maison d'hôtes La Ferme AZIZA has a children's playground and a picnic area.

We stayed here to have easy access to the airport for a night. It was great - the rooms were clean and spacious with hot showers. We had a pasta dinner and were up and our the door very early and easily. Our son accidentally left his Nintendo switch behind and the staff was super helpful in getting it back to us. The setting is not near the medina - but it’s quiet and easy to check in and out with luggage.

The facilities were fabulous. The staff were so very friendly and helpful. The look and feel of the courtyard and dining area was amazing - very beautiful mosaic and stucco work on the archways and walls. The room was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed, large wardrobe and well appointed bathroom. The dining for both breakfast and dinner was wonderful with authentic home cooked Moroccan meals that were delicious! We also enjoyed the traditional Hammam and the relaxing massage available at the property.

Fatima was a wonderful host, providing a range of services which made our stay at this accommodation phenomenal. From a wonderful breakfast and dinner, to a private tour of the medina with a knowledgeable local guide, I couldn’t recommend this place enough! The hammam spa is a huge plus, providing a morning of relaxation before our journey. The room was clean and spacious, mattress comfortable, an overall lovely home away from home.

Adib and the rest of the staff including the guard and the lady serving breakfast are all friendly and very helpful. The room is big and clean with balcony and nice sunset view. I enjoyed it. The hotel has also amazing facilities: hammam with economically friendly entrance fee, free use of gym, swimming pool, sauna room, and hot tub. The location is also good. Its very easy to find. I paid between 15-20 dirhams taxi from the hotel to medina. Highly recommended and i will stay here again if i visit Fez again.

Beautiful riad with loads of style. Two lovely interior patios to have breakfast with enough room for all guests to be spaced out. The riad interior is perfect to sit and relax after exploring the city and there is a wonderful roof terrace with plenty of comfortable seating areas and great views of the medina. Everything in the room was clean and comfortable and well decorated. The location is great, in the heart of the medina but easy to find. The staff were all very helpful and welcoming and contributed a lot to making the stay enjoyable.

From the staff's kindness to the room design and spacious areas everything was flawless ! Wi-fi worked perfectly, room was super clean and we really enjoyed the little private terrace. Breakfast was also great in their stunning Riad center. It is the perfect relaxing escape from the Medina chaos.

Absolutely stunning villa. Extremely spacious, complete privacy, felt very safe. Excellent location close to the airport. The guardian was extremely helpful and kind. The host went above and beyond what you could expect from a host. I felt like I was visiting family due to the hospitality and kindness shown to us. The most relaxing break I've ever had. I would highly recommend and hope to visit there again soon.
