Excellent room. Great decor. Very clean. The staff was amazing and helpful. Not much to write except that I didn't expect it to be this good.

Oasis amongst the tight streets of Chefchaouen Medina. Our room was great and very spacious. My wife had a Hammam, massage, facial and washed and blow waved, the full package. She said it was the best she's had. I finally was able to have a baby goat Targine, and it was delicious. The pool had allotted times for private use, this was nice.

The hotel is a wonderful space, it is a joy to walk around the buildings and inhale the fresh mountain air. The whole place just has this peaceful atmosphere and quiet luxury. The staff is super friendly. Breakfast is very good, the fresh orange juice some of the best I've tasted in my life. Dinner is good, again in a beautiful space, and very reasonably priced compared to places in the city. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here and felt recharged!

This is an amazing little hotel in the middle of the madina. The room was large and clean. Staff were friendly and professional. The hotel sent a porter to the car park just outside of the Medina to meet us and help us with bags and to find the location (and they helped us back at the end of the stay). Breakfast was amazing and probably one of the best we had in Morocco. But the best was the spa. We booked the pool for a private swim and then had Hamman our attendent was friendly and it was a great experience.

Themed, spacious, and very comfortable rooms. Feels like a luxury villa with excellent service and team. The dining experience is a must, both breakfast and dinner.

After travelling for a while Casa Blue Star was our favourite hotel that we stayed in. The hotel is in a great quiet location and the rooms were spacious, clean and well decorated. The breakfast is amazing and cooked fresh and the views from the roof terrace where you eat the breakfast from are phenomenal. The staff are so hospitable especially Atef who always went above and beyond to assist us in any way possible. Overall we had a very comfortable and relaxing stay and we already miss our time not only at the hotel but in chefchaouen

Beyond the views, I liked very little indeed. The staff are friendly enough but have a very difficult time defending the poor quality of the hotel. They seemed well rehearsed - if not tired - of having to apologise for the state of the place. They are not empowered to resolve problems properly. Nor would they be able to cover for the fact this ‘Spa Hotel’ is a building site and not ready for customers seeking a safe or relaxing stay with children that includes use of a functioning pool or spa or indeed satisfactory hygiene levels.

A beautiful property with gorgeous seating areas, pool terrace and dining spaces. Staff were always available and super helpful. Room was fantastic. Breakfast was very good ( and can be taken from 7am to 11am). We had dinner twice and the food was delicious. Nice views over the town but only a short walk away. Clearly a stop over for tourist groups ( so busy in the evenings) but they were gone in the morning and you had the whole place to yourself. We used it as a relaxing break from a busy travel programme and it was perfect for that.

Spectular place to stay in Chefchaouen. The staff were delightful, breakfast was excellent, and the freshly squeezed juice was sooooo good. The rooms were super warm and well-appointed, with plenty of space. I loved the balcony and spent much time just watching the scenes below. The RIAD is far enough out of the central medina to be quiet and relaxed. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. The place is kept immacutely clean.

Nicely appointed Riad on the main drag between Plaza Uta el Hamman and Ras el Ma, easy to find. Spacious and nicely appointed rooms. The suite was large and the terraces very comfy, with a great view on Chefchaouen. The Spa was a great plus— had a nice hammam session. Being able to book the small pool for one hour was a nice touch. Nice breakfast. Staff was friendly and helpful in accommodating needs and checkout process with porter, who accompanied me and suitcase to taxi station.
