The spa was a wonderful bonus, and we both had massages as well. The portobello mushroom dish was sensational the first two times we had it, and the third time they must have had a different cook. It was a little less great because not enough gorgonzola was used. The staff bent over backward to please their guests; only one waitress was less than the level of everyone else.

Breakfast was really good - enjoying it every morning. The staff was kind and helpful. We get everything what we asked for. We are very glad that we were allowed to go to dinner with the dogs. Food in restaurant was delicious and atmosphere was pleasant. Resort are pet friendly. The surrounding area is very beautiful - a lake, a forest and a footpath through the swamp. You can enjoy the beauty and silence of nature.

Our room had a fireplace which was an absolute highlight and selling point. There were electric heaters which made the place warm in December. The bed was comfy and there is a lot of space in this apartment. The staff were really nice and friendly. There was a fridge, kettle, plates, cutlery and microwave in the room so we were able to have breakfast as there is nothing nearby, you have to drive about ten minutes to town.

The room is quite spacious and I chose the one overlooking the lake. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. In the evening I enjoyed a relaxing drink in front of the lake, and with the setting sun hot air-balloons fill the sky and make for a very scenic and romantic scene. I was very impressed with the food offered by the restaurant. If visiting, make sure to take the mushroom and cheese bake!Noel PaceSolo traveler
