There’s no enough words to describe the hotel, location is great close to all attractions, close to the termini station.. room is clean and has all equipments you need, breakfast is just right and they are very generous. Marco met us at the designated time at the downstairs cafe, helped with getting the luggage into the apartment, and provided the keys and a tour of the apartment. He was very accommodating to our early arrival and asked that we contat him if we needed anything. The free breakfast was great and we took advantage of it both days we were there. We also ate at the cafe upon our arrival while waiting for the keys, and the lunch food was also delicious. We were also provided a variety of Nespresso pods for the Nespresso machine in the kitchen, which the entire family (except the 11-year old) enjoyed!

Our stay was wonderful! The property is beautiful and beautifully maintained; what impressed us the most was the host and how welcomed we felt: Agnes was in touch with us as soon as we made the booking, waited for us at the apartment and helped with all inquiries we had in a lovely and efficient manner. She helped us organize a shuttle to the airport, late check-out and luggage storage - which were essential for our trip. Nice touch with welcoming goodies basket on our arrival. Highly recommended & will definitely stay there again.
