The croissants are made fresh and were the absolute best part of my stay. Every time I visit any location of Ritz, I'm sure that I will get the best breakfast buffet. The pain au chocolat is a must when you visit.

The property is clean and located at a short distance from the airport. The staff was extremely accommodating to many requests and courteous. From Ravaan at the front desk to Kunal who dropped us off at the airport, they made us feel comfortable and welcomed. I’d highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return if I’m in Pune.

staff are excellent and rooms etc are clean and well maintained If you do not wish to eat at the hotel, there is an amazing restaurant and bar next door named Akari. A little bit hard to spot from the street, but just walk down the laneway on the left of the hotel as you walk out, and you will find it.

The attending staff was amicable and welcoming. Anamika had attended our check-in and she helped to make for our stay very comfortable. She even helped in getting us a good residency (as we were 4 adults coming in for last minute check-in).
