We were so impressed with everyone and everything at the hotel. We arrived just after midnight and were picked up on time. The hotel even called us in the car to see if we needed dinner! Amazing They saw my toothpaste was nearly empty and replaced it. Just incredible service. We were also recommended a half day tour which was great.

We stayed for 10 night at this beautiful hotel. Front desk staff were wonderful, specially Bidisha, who was beyond excellent, very responsive to all our needs; Hrishav always greeted us with a smile and enquired as to any needs, everyone was very kind. We used In room dining for 2 breakfasts, and a few other meals, all excellent, special mention to the Thai curry and the club sandwiches (yummm); Housekeeping was immaculate and coming back to a beautifully made up room every evening was a great pleasure; the Tess restaurant had a delicious menu which we used several times for lunch, the hostesses were very pleasant and helpful. The Location of the hotel was very convenient for the purpose we were there in Kolkata, though the access road is narrow and crowded, but once you enter through the gates, one is transported to a lovely, modern, and elegant oasis of calm. Congratulations to the Hyatt Centric staff for making our stay truly comfortable and a home away from home.

One of the best places I have ever stayed at, Kenilworth Hotel in Kolkata was just perfect! Centrally located, close to the main attractions of the city and to the subway it was just the best option I could have chosen for my stay in the city. The room was beautiful, nicely decorated, spacious with comfy bed, a spotless bathroom and perfectly working air conditioning. The staff were very friendly, always available and very helpful. Dinner has many options and the food was absolutely delicious! The breakfast was very rich and one could choose between many different options including Indian and western cuisine. Simply perfect and I would definitely return!

I had a wonderful stay in this charming property, for me it was really a dream. This heritage palace was tastefully restored and furnished. The 3 Royal suites are impressive with their sumptuous beds and antique furnitures. All the employers of the hotel are so nice and good looking. I appreciated among others the service of Mr Samaresh (supervisor housekeeping) who did a serious and perfect work, Mr Golam Gaus Khan (waiter restaurant) who was perfect, no nice and so helpful, Pappu (swimming pool waiter) who has a very good contact, Mr Bilash (restaurant) with his so charming smile, Mrs Soma (restaurant) who was so nice, and many others who were like angels. The food is expensive but excellent (the bengali thali was really outstanding). I appreciate also the fact that there is no TV. I highly recommend this place.
