EVERYTHING was amazing. Robert at reception took such excellent care of me when I wasn’t able to stay at the hotel I had planned in Galway and needed to come two days early. It was such a great welcome after a very long day of driving, and I found the room was clean, huge, warm in the cold and with a lovely view. Bathroom was spotless, bed was comfy, and the restaurant on the main floor is excellent. SO delicious. The view from LuSeas on the top floor is wonderful, and the breakfast included with stay is amazing. Every staff member I interacted with, from the hospitality staff to the front desk to the porters was friendly and helpful. I even had a massage at the spa from Kashia, and it was amazing!! Westport itself is a sweet little town. Went to Mass at the local parish and it was reverently celebrated and beautiful. Westport is a very easy jumping block to go to so many other places- Knock shrine, Galway, Achill island, and much more. I have NO hesitations in recommending it to anyone!!

Beautiful estate feel with a real fire burning in the lobby. Comfortable, spacious family apartments with lovely views of the grounds. Breakfast was nice, but the young servers were still learning the ropes. The view at breakfast was stunning.

We had booked a double room and when we got to the room we were suprised to find a suit which was really large and spacious. 10mins walk frim west port centre and 5 mins walk to westport harbor. Will definitely be back to stay one of my favourite hotels this year

Booked a 30 min back massage with spa and this was one of the best massages I have had. Definitely recommend that. Beds were very comfortable. sheets spotless and loads of pillows. Loads of choice for breakfast which was pleasant the second day when the hotel was less full. Pool was lovely and clean and enjoyed a lovely swim and the staff were very friendly despite being under staffed and working hard.

She is both friendly and informative and always keen to help. The rooms are spacious and well appointed and the house is set in a beautiful position at the end of a quiet road and right on the water. Guests are well set up at the start of the day by the great variety offered for breakfast and a very comfortable sitting room is available for relaxation.
