Lovely hotel on Salthill prom. Staff are second to none. So friendly, polite and helpful. We stayed over a very busy bank holiday weekend and despite how busy we still had excellent attention from all staff we encountered. The pool is small but clean and very pleasantly warm. We had breakfast both mornings- so fresh and well prepared- again with fantastic staff serving, cooking and greeting guests. Our room was spacious and clean with a lovely sea view. Completely clean mooted our stay

Excellent location. Tasty breakfast. Felt safe as a female solo traveller. Friendly staff (Helena) with good recommendations of where to eat. The staff overall were fantastic. Very friendly and warm and helpful. Sadly my Dad passed away during my stay and the staff attempted to source me a private space/room until I could travel the next morning. They were very kind and a source of comfort at a difficult time.

The hotel was situated in a lovely spot in Galway overlooking the sea. The staff were kind and the bar and food were of a good standard. The cocktails were great, especially the Lychee one! We were even gifted complimentary drinks due to getting engaged that day on the Cliffs of Moher. Breakfast was reasonable a good selection, and the scones were delicious. We then used the spa facilities, which are really nice, very hot sauna and steam room. Check out was 12pm, which was nice and parking was free with your stay.
