Familie cu 2 copii. Petrecut revelion în Dublin Hotel foarte confortabil. Cu toate facilitățile restaurant, spa, piscină.. Pozitionare buna, relativ aproape de centru vechi ( 20 minute de mers pe jos) dar plimbare plăcută pe malul râului.. Micul dejun foarte bun cu multe fructe suc natural.. Cu stima Fam. Very comfortable, clean and spacious room. We had everything we needed including bathrobs, sleepers bath towels. The veiw from 7th floor was gorgeous.

The location of the hotel and view of the river were exceptional. The front desk manager Tommy was extremely helpful in giving me an early check in which is exactly what I needed after a long flight and transit. He accommodated me without blinking an eye and let me change rooms the next day because of construction work. Even after moving rooms, he called to check that my new room was ok and when I asked for a flatter pillow, he saw to it immediately. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms were warm. Tommy gave me 5 star treatment in a 4 star hotel and for that I was very grateful and impressed. The hotel was one of the best parts of my trip to dublin. I would definitely go back to stay there as long as Tommy is there, I know I’ll be taken care of.

5-star all the way. The surrounding neighborhood is posh, clean, and quiet. A stark difference from downtown Dublin. If your a family that simply wants quiet and relaxation, book here with no anxiety. The bed was probably the most comfortable bed my wife and I have ever slept. Seriously though!

The room I booked had a leak in the hallway coming in from the rain outside, however the staff were proactive in knocking our door to see if everything was ok and when they learned of the leak they then immediately upgraded us to a suite. The staff could not have been more friendly, courteous and accommodating. My partner and I were very happy with our stay and with how we were treated.
