The location of the hotel and view of the river were exceptional. The front desk manager Tommy was extremely helpful in giving me an early check in which is exactly what I needed after a long flight and transit. He accommodated me without blinking an eye and let me change rooms the next day because of construction work. Even after moving rooms, he called to check that my new room was ok and when I asked for a flatter pillow, he saw to it immediately. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms were warm. Tommy gave me 5 star treatment in a 4 star hotel and for that I was very grateful and impressed. The hotel was one of the best parts of my trip to dublin. I would definitely go back to stay there as long as Tommy is there, I know I’ll be taken care of.

The room I booked had a leak in the hallway coming in from the rain outside, however the staff were proactive in knocking our door to see if everything was ok and when they learned of the leak they then immediately upgraded us to a suite.
