The staff was very professional, friendly and helpful. we’ve stayed in other hotels in Szeged at a similar price point, but none of them provided the same level of service and offerings as I experienced in hotel Gerardus. We arrived at the apartment very late due to a long stay at the border. The owner communicated with us all that time and was very patient and pleasant. The apartment is very modern, spacious, fully equipped even for a longer stay, and cleanliness is at the highest level.
