The rooms are spacious, immaculately clean, and adorned with modern amenities, offering a splendid view of the serene surroundings. The location, too, is perfect – just a stone’s throw away from the vibrant heart of Zadar, yet secluded enough to provide an escape from the hustle and bustle. I cannot thank the staff enough for their attentive service, genuine warmth, and dedication to ensuring every guest has a memorable stay. Everything was simply perfect, the structure is new clean and well equipped. It’s located 10 minute’s by foot to the old town and within two minutes you can find supermarkets, bar and pharmacy. The host Patricia is very nice and always ready to help. You cannot choose a better accommodation if you are in Zadar.

The owner was super nice and kind, available for our requests. The apartment was clean and well equipped. The place was 15/20 minutes from the centre but well connected with the busses which are available every 30/45minutes.

Beautiful villa near the sea. Tastefully renovated with high quality materials. Rooms are large, comfortable, very clean, each with adjoin bathroom. Kitchen well equipped, also outside kitchen. Great swimming pool with sauna. Very charming house great for family vacation. Our host was super friendly, available and made us feel at home. All amenities as written- great WIFI, TV, washing Machin etc. Highly recommend this place!!!!!!

Where the villa is situated is extraordinary with a beautiful view of the sea surrounded by a variety of different beaches (less than 1km away). The accomodation is great for families and groups - we were very comfortable with 9. You can wake up in the morning and jump straight into the pool - a dream! We already miss the place and we will go again, it was that good, well worth it.

For a relaxing, wellness stay for two with a location in the very center of the old town with access to numerous restaurants, bars and shops. The jacuzzi is located in the room next to the bedroom. I liked the saunas and the private beach. The Hamam experience was also excellent (a bit expensive). The staff at the reception in the SPA center and main reception are very attentive and extremely helpful. The breakfast was great and the choices were endless. I really liked that I could use the facilities for the entire day (SPA, sauna, swimming pool) after I checked out.

We especially liked the balcony  . It’s comfortable spacious with beautiful view over looking the sea and sunset . We enjoyed having breakfast on the balcony and just sitting there in the evening to relax . It’s quiet and relaxing . It’s also not far to the old town . We wish we had a few more days there just to unwind . We will definitely stay in this apartment again if we come back to zadar .
