I had the immense pleasure of staying at the Luxury Wellness & Spa Villa Depaja during my recent visit to Zadar, and it was nothing short of a spectacular experience. From the moment I stepped in, I was warmly greeted and enveloped by the charm and elegance of the villa. The architecture, decor, and every little detail were meticulously thought out, transporting me to a world of opulence and tranquility. The rooms are spacious, immaculately clean, and adorned with modern amenities, offering a splendid view of the serene surroundings. The location, too, is perfect – just a stone’s throw away from the vibrant heart of Zadar, yet secluded enough to provide an escape from the hustle and bustle. I cannot thank the staff enough for their attentive service, genuine warmth, and dedication to ensuring every guest has a memorable stay. Luxury Wellness & Spa Villa Depaja is not just a place to stay, but a holistic experience that I would recommend to anyone seeking luxury, comfort, and well-being in Zadar.

Great and quick communication with the owner. Even went as far as helping us out in a bind that happened to us while staying at the apartment.(Thank you). Hot tub and sauna were awesome.At the time we have been in Croatia for a couple of weeks and have stayed at several apartments. This is the first one that had a microwave and a toaster---nice touch. Very close to the Old town. After climbing numerous stairs to get to other apartments, we were happy this one only had six steps and you're in.

The owner was super nice and kind, available for our requests. The apartment was clean and well equipped. The place was 15/20 minutes from the centre but well connected with the busses which are available every 30/45minutes.

The apartman is amazing, luxurious, full-equipped, very clean, with brand new and modern technologies and mashines. It is well located, 5 minutes walk from the nearest beach (Borik), which has very clean water. There are supermarket, bakery, pizzeria, beach shop very close to the apartman, it takes 2 minutes on foot or even less. The toproof with the jakuzzi is very smart (you can see the sea, the stars, the island opposite of Zadar) and there is a gym and a sauna also. Bruna is very nice, lovely and helpful, she told us on which road we should drive into the city, what to see, where to park and many other useful piece of information.

Beautiful villa near the sea. Tastefully renovated with high quality materials. Rooms are large, comfortable, very clean, each with adjoin bathroom. Kitchen well equipped, also outside kitchen. Great swimming pool with sauna. Very charming house great for family vacation. Our host was super friendly, available and made us feel at home. All amenities as written- great WIFI, TV, washing Machin etc. Highly recommend this place!!!!!!

Where the villa is situated is extraordinary with a beautiful view of the sea surrounded by a variety of different beaches (less than 1km away). The accomodation is great for families and groups - we were very comfortable with 9. You can wake up in the morning and jump straight into the pool - a dream! We already miss the place and we will go again, it was that good, well worth it.
